Privacy notice

This notice explains how HTHS Sdn Bhd (201001020645 (904415-M)), the operator of Sejuknya, handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. When we are the data user, and when we are not

We are the data user for the owners, staff and technicians who use Sejuknya, visitors to this site, and anyone who contacts us.
We are not the data user for the customers of aircond servicing companies. Their data belongs to the servicing company; we only process it on the company's behalf. Contact your servicing company about your data.

2. Data we collect

Your name, email and phone number, and your company's details.
SSM documents and company registration numbers, for verification.
Sign-in and security records: IP address, browser and device type, approximate city, sign-in times, and the audit log of actions within a company.
For technician phones: the name, phone number and device type entered when requesting access.
Subscription and payment records. Your card and bank details are processed by Billplz, not by us.

Name, email and phone number are required to sign up. Without them we cannot provide your account.

3. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: your sign-in session, remembering a verified browser, the key of an approved technician phone, and your language choice. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Why we use your data

To provide and support Sejuknya, and to verify companies.
For security: detecting suspicious sign-ins and sending sign-in alerts.
For billing, tax and accounting records.
To send service messages about your account. We send no marketing messages without your consent.
To comply with the law.

5. Who receives your data

Your company's owner and admins can see the details of users in their company.
Our providers: a server provider in Kuala Lumpur, our email provider, and Billplz for payments.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Where data is stored

On servers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Your data is not stored outside Malaysia.

7. How long we keep data

For as long as your company's account is active.
After a company leaves: data is deleted 180 days later, with 30 days' email notice beforehand.
Billing and tax records are kept for 7 years, as the law requires.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, every company is kept separate, and important actions are recorded in an audit log that cannot be changed.

9. Your rights

You may ask to access your personal data, correct it, withdraw consent or limit its use. Email us at [email protected]. We will reply within the time the law sets.
